Through processes such as hot forging, quenching and tempering, and thread rolling, the screw exhibits excellent tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation, enabling long-term service in high-speed rail and heavy-load environments without fracture or plastic deformation. Multiple surface treatment options are available, including plain oiled, galvanized, or Dacromet, to meet the requirements of coastal, high-humidity, or industrial corrosive environments.
