Product Introduction

The BS Screw Spike is a high-strength railway fastener compliant with British Standards (BS). It is manufactured from high-strength carbon steel and treated with hot-dip galvanization, providing excellent corrosion resistance suitable for coastal, high-humidity, and industrial environments. The screw spike maintains rail stability under high-frequency train operations and heavy-duty railway conditions, with a tensile strength of 775–925 N/mm², elongation of 20%, and impact toughness (KCU) ≥65 J. This product has been used long-term in projects such as the London Underground, demonstrating outstanding reliability and durability.
