Product Application
The SKL Rail Fastening System satisfies all the demands of both tram lines and standard railway lines, including turnout sections. With its top-down construction approach, the system eliminates the need for traditional sleepers and can be applied to both open track and embedded track installations. It allows straightforward installation, provides gauge adjustment of ±10 mm, and enables height regulation up to +20 mm. The system offers a static stiffness greater than 30 kN/mm, and rail pads with varying stiffness levels can be supplied to meet specific customer requirements.
Product Packaging & Shipping
During the packaging of railway fastening systems, materials are selected based on component characteristics: small parts such as bolts are packed in moisture-proof cardboard boxes with desiccant or anti-rust oil coating; heavy components such as elastic clips are packed in woven bags or reinforced wooden boxes, with internal padding like foam or bubble wrap to prevent collisions. Complete sets of components are packaged as sets, with product information and warning labels marked on the exterior of the packaging.
