GB Standard QU70 Crane Steel Rail

The QU70 crane steel rail is a medium-load-carrying industrial track system designed for factory crane and gantry crane applications. Made of U71Mn alloy steel, it combines high strength and ductility, capable of withstanding prolonged rolling impacts and cyclical load fluctuations.

GNEE RAIL utilizes continuous controlled cooling and high-temperature soaking technology during track manufacturing, resulting in a finer grain structure and significantly improved fatigue resistance. This track is suitable not only for heavy-load handling in workshops but also for complex environments such as open-air warehouses and maintenance areas.

Compared to ordinary carbon steel rails, U71Mn material exhibits superior wear resistance and fracture toughness in high-stress environments. GNEE RAIL produces QU70 rails using precision continuous casting and automated rolling lines to ensure consistent cross-sectional geometry. Each rail is inspected for straightness using an automatic distance meter and undergoes online eddy current testing to eliminate internal microcracks. The final product undergoes annealing and shot blasting, resulting in a smooth, oxidation-free surface that provides excellent adhesion for subsequent rust-proof oil coatings.

The QU70 track features a rationally designed cross-section, capable of withstanding high concentrated loads while maintaining a relatively light weight. The thickened rail head structure ensures more uniform contact stress distribution at the wheel contact area, while the rounded corners in the web transition zone effectively reduce fatigue cracking. Combined with the elastic fastener system provided by GNEE RAIL, this significantly reduces vibration and noise during operation, extending the service life of the crane track.

Each QU70 track is sprayed with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory and packaged with steel straps and wooden pallets. To prevent vibration damage during long-distance transportation, GNEE RAIL adds rubber shock-absorbing pads when loading the container, ensuring that the track is ready for use upon arrival at the customer's site.
