This screw spike is manufactured from Grade 4.6 high-strength steel or AISI 1020 carbon steel. The Grade 4.6 material ensures stable mechanical performance and fatigue resistance under high-speed trains and heavy-load railway conditions. AISI 1020 carbon steel offers excellent toughness and ductility, and is easy to process and heat-treat, ensuring the spike maintains reliable clamping force and durability throughout long-term service.
