Drive-on rail anchors and spring type rail anchors are indispensable key components in the rail fastening system. Their core function is to form a stable connection between the rail and the sleeper, restrict the longitudinal and lateral displacement of the rail, and ensure the smoothness and safety of the track line. The drive-on rail anchor relies on an integrally stamped and formed structural design, which can be directly pressed into place by special machinery during installation, eliminating cumbersome procedures such as welding and drilling of traditional anchors, and greatly improving construction efficiency, especially suitable for large-scale railway laying projects.

2. Generally speaking, based on our former production experience, most common material for rail anchor production is 60Si2MnA, which is often used for rails such as 50kg, 70lb, 80lb, 90/91lb and so on.

3. Rail anchors for Russia market : high grade ductile iron castings

Russian rail anchor is often used in railways by casting, which is made from material of QT400-15. All related mechanical properties of it are strictly following with the standard of TOCT 7293-85.

To ensure the integrity of the product during transportation, the rail anchor adopts multi-layer protective packaging: each set of products is first wrapped independently with anti-rust oil paper to isolate air and moisture; then placed into a hard carton with a custom foam lining, each box holds 20 sets, and the foam lining can fix the product position to prevent collision and friction; finally, the cartons are neatly stacked on the fumigated wooden pallets, reinforced with high-strength steel straps cross-bundled, and anti-slip pads are added at the bottom of the pallets to avoid sliding during transportation.
