It is made of 38Si7 spring steel, with a chemical composition of C: 0.35-0.42%, Mn: 0.50-0.80%, Si: 1.50-1.80%, and both P and S contents ≤ 0.03%. After precision heat treatment, the clip maintains stable hardness and resilience, which can effectively support the long-term operation of the rail without plastic deformation or fatigue fracture.
