Prior to shipment packaging of railway fasteners, refined disassembly and protection are required. For combined fasteners (such as bolt-nut-washer sets), pre-assembled plastic brackets are used for fixation. The brackets are designed with corresponding slots according to the set specifications. After inserting the bolts, nuts, and washers into the slots respectively, they are wrapped with transparent PET film through heat sealing, forming independent set packaging, which not only prevents parts from scattering but also facilitates direct customer access and assembly. For fasteners with sharp edges (such as rail spikes, hook bolts), soft rubber protective sleeves are applied to the sharp parts, and then they are tightly wrapped with abrasion-resistant kraft paper, preventing the outer packaging material from being punctured during packaging and avoiding scratching other products during transportation.
