rail fastening Packaging & Delivery
Prior to shipment packaging of railway fasteners, product surface cleaning and basic anti-rust treatment must be completed. For carbon steel fasteners, uniformly apply spray-type anti-rust agent, allow to air-dry naturally, then individually wrap with breathable non-woven fabric to prevent direct exposure of the metal surface to air; for stainless steel fasteners, wipe with dry cotton cloth to remove dust, no additional anti-rust treatment is required, and directly categorize by specification. Place the treated fasteners into custom-sized corrugated paper boxes, with the interior divided into independent cells using corrugated partitions. Each cell accommodates one piece or one set of products to prevent mutual friction during handling. The exterior of the boxes is sealed at the joints with transparent tape, ensuring basic protection is achieved.
