The Vossloh SKL Clip railway fastening system is a high-performance Rail Fixing System specifically designed for ballasted tracks, widely utilized in global railway projects due to its exceptional fastening capability and structural stability. Centered around the SKL Type spring clip as the core load-bearing component, this system integrates various precision Railway Fastening Components to form a complete and robust fastening structure.
Key components of the system include the SKL Type spring clip, screw spikes, rail gauge blocks, insulated rail pads, rubber pads, flat washers, and nuts. In the complex loading environment of ballasted tracks, these Railway Fastening Components work synergistically: rubber pads cushion vibrations, insulated rail gauge blocks ensure precise gauge dimensions and block stray currents, while rail gauge blocks provide adjustment allowances, collectively maintaining stable track geometric parameters.
Applications of the Vossloh SKL Clip Rail Fixing System
During ballasted track laying, the SKL system first secures the sleepers to the roadbed using spiral spikes. The bottom rubber pad is then laid directly between the rails and sleepers, effectively buffering the vibration impact of train loads and reducing rigid wear on the rails and sleepers.

Fragile parts such as insulating washers and rubber pads are individually packaged in hard boxes with specifications and models marked on the outside.
