How fish bolts fasten the joint?
Fish bolts connect rail joints by passing through holes in the two fish plates and the ends of two parallel rails, securing them together with nuts. The bolts are tightened to clamp the fish plates firmly against the sides of the rails, creating a strong, continuous fastening function that allows the rails to bear the load of a train. The upper and lower edges of the fish plates often have a beveled shape, which helps them to wedge into the rail profile as the bolts are tightened, creating a more secure and stable joint.

For moisture-susceptible fasteners, first place them into vacuum packaging bags, remove the air with a vacuum machine and seal, then place the vacuum bags into waterproof corrugated boxes. The inner walls of the boxes should be lined with moisture-proof aluminum foil paper, and silica gel desiccant should be placed in the corners. Seal all seams on the exterior of the boxes with high-strength tape, while clearly marking product information on the front and sides, including model, quantity, gross weight, net weight, and warning labels such as "Keep Dry" and "Handle with Care".
