What is the material of the E Rail Clip

Rail clip is a component of railway fastening systems. It is used to fix the rails to underlying baseplate and sleepers. Its main function is to prevent the rail from moving.
Elastic rail clips are made of high quality spring steel bar.The raw materials of elastic railroad clip mostly include 55 Si7, 60 Si7, 65 Si7, 55 Si Cr7, 60Si2MnA, 60Si2CrA, 55Si2Mn, and 38Si7 grade of spring steel.
E rail clip provide positive and durable rail alignment under the harshest working conditions, which extend the life of railway track. Generally, e rail clips are available at the range from 18mm to 23mm diameter. Rail –e clip is usually made of spring steel.
