Product Introduction
The 3V screw spike, also known as a sleeper screw or rail screw, is a medium or large metal screw with a square or rectangular head and a threaded shank. It is used to securely connect steel rails to sleepers, ensuring the stability and safety of the track structure. Compared with conventional hammered spikes, the 3V screw provides more than twice the holding power and effectively resists vibrations and shocks from train operations.
The 3V screw spike meets NF F50-006 standards, with strength grades 4.6 and 5.6, a minimum tensile strength of 700 MPa, a minimum elongation of 12%, and can withstand a 30-degree cold bend without cracking. Materials include Q235, 35#, and 45# steel. The screw head is designed for standard tool installation, and the thread height and pitch are optimized for different track environments and load requirements. Surface treatments include plain oiled, black painting, zinc plating, and hot-dip galvanizing.
